Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have a further 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the cost of returning the item from your home to the online store is for your own account. For exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the trader with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at soleenaustralia@gmail.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 30 days of you registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
